Shipping and Returns
We ship your product within 5-7 days of your order regular post. We work to keep our shipping and handling prices as close to actual cost as possible. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact us at email@example.com. Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your item.
Please contact us if there was a problem with your order or if it was damaged and we will work to resolve any issues. We will accept returns minus the cost of shipping if you are simply not fully satisfied with your purchase under the following conditions:
1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.
2. The returned item must be in the same condition that you received it in (new), you can try it on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted.
4. Please include your name and email address with the return so we can refund to the correct account.
5. You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return.
